-Question starts to slow his approach as Eagle spreads his wingspan in guard. Tiny keeps rushing in, diving under the snow far enough to make a tunnel so the surface stays pristine.
Voices ring inside of Eagles head, 2 of them small:
"You need to move! It's not safe! Move bird!"
"Get away! Save yourself and let us help!"
One voice of a feline tho hollow and weak to the point it's nothing but mumbles, and a fourth voice, smooth and calming: "Stay and accept it."
The bird keeps his stance and forces Question to a stop. It's clear he's made up his mind.

-The troupe follows at full sprint with the ones flying overhead, fur coated paws feeling the ground pulsate under them with fierce reverb as a new spire rises forth, emerging from the cold white ground around 400 yards out. As it rises up to touch the sky, the obelisk emits powerful and dreadful static.

"I wouldn't worry about them. If they had real intentions, they would be higher up." The lead in the snow, Fisk, already spotted the two above. It seemed like a relief he saw them still taking flight from the earlier encounter.
Tiny hops into Fisk's rib-cage, climbing up and perching on the slight sliver of fur that remains attached to the spine. His nose pointed towards the sky. "Well... I'll keep watch just in case."

The green eye has the luminescent glow of freshly polished peridot.

Q watches from his perch, not paying much attention to the surroundings. Nothing noteworthy of a old building anyways, but these figures hold interest. It's late into the night and the coldness is settling in hard for the little rodent. With his powers, Q summons the blue heat-strip to keep him warm while he sits and watches the figures. -as the moon starts its decent down to the horizon, Q. stires from his makeshift hammock. He slinks from the comfort onto the a heated rooftop. The slight blue glow from the heat strips aid in moving around the sleepers while providing a soft warmth.
Q. makes it to the snow laying on the roof, it's deep enough to burrow into if he so desired. Rather than getting his fur completely soaked, the mouse jumps up onto the pile and makes way across the roof. The only noticeable thing in the night is a slight raise in the drift, a vent into the diner. Q. marks this as his destination. Within a minute, the journey ends and Q falls down into the build
-Since the walls rised around the epicentre, human activity has risen to a level of annoyance that even the animals trapped behind the wall find bothersome. When the snow storms are at a calm, the sky is filled with mechanics of all types, keeping safe distance up above.
"Even at that height! Unbelievable! The sound! If they think anyone would leave the area because of it, they arn't wrong!" Tiny has not grown acustomed to the buzz from overhead, and claims to be loosing sleep because of it.

Eagle has already made a few flaps off up in the air as Fisk catches the sight of the tactical retreat. Only one thing clouds his mind, watching the avian make way and not finishing him off just fuels rage. A deafening roar serves as the epicenter of the Slip opening up. -"Dawn breaks over the Shepherd Republic's capital city. Basset, the walled city of crystal dreams. Starting from the outermost sections is the walls themselves. Pure white bricks stacked over 1800 meters tall with a width of no more than 10 meters. The shape that the wall takes is that of an icosagon, a 20 sided polygon. Each bend in the wall is characterized by a rounded section, forming a tube of bricks that scrape the sky. 20 massive crystals float above the wall, one at each bend. These crystals are known as the 'SSG', the Slip Simulated Generators. Each SSG has a certain role in keeping the Slip in its stable state...."
